[ RETURN POLICY ]
We accept, for store credit, items that are unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors, animal hair, and/or make-up within 14 days of purchase (if it is a pre-order item, 14 days from delivery) with original tags attached.
If the item(s) arrive and we find that they do NOT qualify for return per our policy we will be unable to accept the item(s) back. In this case, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Items that are FINAL SALE include: jewelry, intimates, sale items, custom t-shirt orders, and free gifts or promotional items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. By purchasing online with C. Ella Boutique you agree to the Return Policy stated here, on our website.
Additionally, C. Ella Boutique does not issue credit or reserve items for returns still in transit and not yet received.
[ DEFECTIVE ITEMS ]
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery to ensure they are in satisfactory condition. If you receive any items that are defective* upon delivery please email C. Ella Boutique at email@example.com with pictures and details.
*Defective items MUST have tags attached in order to be replaced/refunded within our "Defective Items" Policy.
C. Ella is NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging with scissors/razor blade, washing incorrectly, or improper removal of any tags.
